SEPTA representatives will be available at each hearing to listen to public comments and public testimony. People wishing to attend and speak at the morning and afternoon sessions in-person or via WebEx must register by 10:00AM and 4:00PM, respectively, on the day of the Public Hearings. SEPTA will afford an opportunity for interested persons or agencies to be heard with respect to the capital budget at the public hearings. The proposed budget will be posted on the SEPTA website ( ) on or before April 10, 2023. The Public Hearings can be attended in-person in the SEPTA Board Room at SEPTA Headquarters, 1234 Market Street, Mezzanine Level, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 19107 or virtually utilizing WebEx.Īt the hearings, SEPTA will present the proposed Fiscal Year 2024 Capital Budget and the Fiscal Years 2024-2035 Capital Program. The schedule of Capital Budget Public Hearings is as follows: Transportation Section 1751 – Fiscal Provisions, the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (“SEPTA”) is required to adopt a Capital Budget prior to the beginning of the ensuing fiscal year, which begins July 1 st.
